Nothing opens when I press `Ctrl`‐`Shift`‐`i`.

If nothing opens when you press Ctrl + Shift + I, it's possible that the keyboard shortcut to open the development tools is being used by another application.  Here's a non-exhaustive list of applications that have caused a problem and their suggested solutions:
