New approach / Use Flagpack-core v2.0.0
This pull is to change svelte-flagpack in the same way react-flagpack is about to be changed, by building the framework package to include to flag SVG's rather than importing them from flagpack-core. More on that can be found here, in the PR for react-flagpack.
