Using IDE built-in plugin system:
Extensions >Search for "you-com-search" > Install
After the plugin is installed, you can select "Open you.com code assistant" from command panel (ctrl+shift+P). After that additional split panel will open and you can start coding, during caret moves the search will give suggestions.
