KKBOX and Toranoana web icons not working

Web icons for these websites are not correctly showing on external links.

The KKBOX web icon seems to be working only for shortened URLs (https://kkbox.fm/(...))

Example: https://kkbox.fm/el8tjK (https://vocadb.net/Al/30536)

It does not show for full URLs however (https://www.kkbox.com/(...))

Example: https://www.kkbox.com/jp/ja/album/c1dCxwqmee7i20F7t5CT009H-index.html (https://vocadb.net/Al/30618)

The Toranoana web icon only works for old URLs (http://www.toranoana.jp/mailorder/article/(...))

Example: http://www.toranoana.jp/mailorder/article/04/0010/16/82/040010168295.html (https://vocadb.net/Al/1163)

It does not work however for the current Toranoana URLs (https://ecs.toranoana.jp/tora/ec/item/(...))
