v0.3: More settings, and recorder bundled

Version 0.3 adds more settings. The recorder is also bundled, for recording new training data.

Settings window added

Version 0.2 adds a settings window for modifying prediction and graphing functionality. Main functionality is now packaged as a folder, rather than as a single executable, which greatly speeds up the time it takes to open the application.
