In 2023 the project does not start anymore due to several reasons: * obsolete dependency manager tried to pull latest versions of packages * these packages were updated since 2018 and are not compatible anymore with Go 1.9 Scope of changes: * bump base image to golang:1.20 * replace dep package managment with go module
