How to read .odb file?

Is there any specific commands to read .odb in OpenLane flow to view in GUI?

In OpenROAD normally following commands will load .odb into GUI for layout view.

read_db spm.odb
gui::show

While loading through OpenLane got following message:

openroad> read_db results/placement/spm.odb 
incompatible database schema revision
while evaluating {read_db results/placement/spm.odb }

Is the OpenLane or OpenROAD issue?

You need to use an older version of OR to load that odb file as the internals have changed.  I'm trying to be more backwards compatible going forwards.
