Modify the name 'community' to 'hub' (#3167)

### Purpose:
Since "Hub" has been chosen as the more formal name for the community,
the previous name needs to be replaced with "Hub."

### Change:
The 'Community' in the left sidebar has been replaced with 'Hub'.
