The list is not properly formatted in HTML and it is quite hard to read. Check http://books.pharo.org/booklet-Smacc/html/Chapters/Smacc/SmaccScanner.html#smacc%20scanner Maybe presenting the info in a table is easier to read. I was not able to setup pillar in Ubuntu, but I followed the syntax in https://ci.inria.fr/pharo-contribution/job/EnterprisePharoBook/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/book-result/PillarChap/Pillar.html
