Switched to Questionary

Release 0.3.0 has some minor fixes and a technology switch for Command Line.

Features:

• Switches from old PyInquirer to current maintained Questionary (Thanks to @josev814)
• added the CLI entry points / commands CryptoLibrary and CryptoClient. Can be called now directly without python -m before.

Fixes:

• fixed CLI loop in menues
• fixed typos
