Forecasting101

To Run these scripts,

You must have R installed https://www.r-project.org/about.html

Your life will be much easier if you also have R Studio installed https://www.rstudio.com/

Once you have R installed, you will need the following libraries:

ggplot2 #Graphics library

forecast #Rob Hynhdman's Forecasting libabry - inclues most standard forecasting methods

zoo # 1.7-10 or higher required - this is used for date formatting

scales # This is used for formatting the axis on the plots.

The easiest way to install them is through the package management widget in R Studio It is on the right bottom quadrant of the R Studio screen when you open the app
