The repository contains Python and MATLAB scripts used in Wong et al., 2021. Data analysis was done using Python scripts in Data analysis folder. Mathematical modelling was done using MATLAB scripts in Mathematical modelling folder.
Please install anaconda python 3.7 version from anaconda website. The environment variables (with extension .yml) for Python scripts can be found in Data analysis folder. The guideline for installing environment from .yml files can be found on anaconda documentation.
The codes were tested on macOS Big Sur Version 11.4.
