Make a short link by using Cutt.ly API key Or With Da.gd If API_KEY isn't present

BOT_TOKEN: Create a bot using @BotFather, and get the Telegram API token.
API_ID: Get this value from telegram.org You can also get it from UseTGXBot
API_HASH: Get this value from telegram.org You can also get it from UseTGXBot
API_KEY: (Mandatory) Create Cutt.ly account then get this value from settings (I prefer desktop site 🙂) If API_KEY is not provided Still u can use with Da.gd Shortlink !!
