- This doesn't cancel any concurrent jobs of master or tags
- This will clear out queues by cancelling unnecessary (see title) jobs
…are limited to `docs` dir
- cancels concurrent jobs whenever a PR has subsequent pushes - jobs associated with `master` branch and `tags` are unaffected by this change i.e they run always.
