Added possiblity to update recruiter status and priority, does not display anything in form of colors, but updates state in backend
Also added revert state:
Still found an error which occurs when setting recruiter_status, where the admission will be moved over to the processed status display, but the selectform of the same index will still contain the last result of change, such as setting it to called and accepted, the new admission of same index in list will then show that display, but not have the value.
this is added in new issue #1211
