kubectl custom plugin

This is a custom plugin for listing all pods and node.

WARNING: This needs kubectl verison >=1.12.0

Use the install script provide in this repo. ./install-kubectl-1-13.sh

Install this plugin. ./install-kubectl-pn.sh

Then in the cluster you have kubectl plugin avaiable to you.

kubectl pn version

kubectl pn list
