# C) Created the Scatter Plot for Sentimental Analysis of Top 5 Twitters last 100 tweets
#    Scatter Plots png files are saved in OutPut directory

# These Scatter Plots visualize a great difference between _overal_ ratings of Influencers and People who tweet most
