Getting Started with HelloDrinkBot

Steps to setup your HelloDrinkBot are simple:

1. Download the latest disk image from HelloDrinkBot.com to your computer (as of 4/11/20, the newest version is here). This image includes a skinny version of Raspbian Stretch (this is the Operating System of the Rasberry Pi), the Bartendro files, and the HelloDrinkBot files. Once the Pi powers up, the DrinkBot software begins to run automatically.
2. Unzip the file to your computer and flash it to the SD card you will put into your Pi. You can flash the image using special software like Balena Etcher
3. Start up your Pi with the SD card in it, open a browser on your computer and enter http://raspberrypi.local OR the Pi's IP address (tutorial here). Raspberrypi.local doesn't always work, so it's best to know the Ip of your Pi.
4. Start Pouring! You should now see the DrinkBot menu in your browser, clicking the buttons should cause the pumps to start pumping.

Adjusting drinks from the Admin Mode

To access Admin mode for the first time the username is bartendro and PW boozemeup. Partyrobotics did an excellent job documenting their admin backend for Bartendro,check out their guide here.

Cleaning the pumps and lines

1. Place your supply tubes in a clean glass of water.
2. Enter admin mode and select the 'clean' button to clear the lines.
3. Change the water out until the lines run clear, you may also use a food grade sanitizing solution in the water like OneStep
