This ticket ensures that the actions behind the Sync buttons of the dashboard site are automated into a cron job

Expected Behavior

The behavior [ Click action ] of sync buttons would occur automatically based on a certain period

Current Behavior

There is manual interaction needed to trigger the sync buttons from the dashboard site
