sys-mods' firstboot script resizes both the root partition and filesystem, so this isn't needed anymore.

As of 7206ab1, the firstboot script runs as init during first boot. Unlike init_resize.sh before it, firstboot runs
resize2fsimmediately after resizing the root partition. Theresize2fs_onceinit script is therefore redundant. Shall we get rid of it?
