Didn't add TLOU As it doesn't need it with patch and I think thats already mentioned. Didn't add yakuza games as WCB is optional
WCB Not listed on wiki for it.

Didn't add Yakuza or TLoU to WCB Recommends as Yakuza is optional. And TLoU only needs WCB if not using patch, I believe we have a note about this already. All other games on https://wiki.rpcs3.net/index.php?title=Category:Write_color_buffers:_On_(Config) were added.
