Map magnifier for person with visual disability Description

Physical maps can be difficult to read for someone with visual impairments. This project aims to help someone with limited sight identify locations on a map. The mobile map magnifier should be able to zoom in onto map images taken on a camera. The application should use OCR and/or image processing to recognize names of places on the map and then highlight a similar region on Google maps as a side comparison.
