PowerDNS can be deployed inside a Kubernetes cluster with Helm, e.g. using the cdwv/powerdns-helm Helm chart.

Please mind, that additional configuration (e.g. through an nginx ingress controller) is needed in case if you wanted to expose the PowerDNS to the external world.
