change confidence level of CVE-2022-22965 bcheck to tentative

As discussed in #218 i have lowered the confidence level.

Because of the lack of knowledge about this CVE and time I cannot improve the detection of this particular vulnerabilitiy.
It seems the check could be more specific tho.
