Fixed "evolvesTo"

A card named "X" or "X δ" now has "Y" into its "evolvesTo" if and only if one of the following conditions is met:

• There is a card named "Y" or "Y δ" that has "evolvesFrom" equal to "X"
• The card named "X" has the "Baby" subtype, and "Y" was in the "evolvesTo" before this pull request
• "X" is either "Chansey" or "Chansey ex", and "Y" is "Blissey ex" (see Blissey ex (ex10-101) can evolve from multiple Pokémon #335)
• "X" is either "Scyther" or "Scyther ex", and "Y" is "Scizor ex" (again, see Blissey ex (ex10-101) can evolve from multiple Pokémon #335)

This pull request includes commits from #473 (which has not been merged yet) because a few evolvesFrom were fixed in that pr.

A few things to note:

• Antique Old Amber (id:sv3pt5-154) does not have "Aerodactyl ex" in its "evolvesTo", despite it being printed on the card that it can evolve into it. It was ruled that that card cannot evolve into the old Aerodactyl ex, and no new ones have been released yet
• Level X Pokémon had "evolvesFrom" set to their previous level. I left that as it is, even though it is not technically an evolution
• Restored Pokémon had "evolvesFrom" set to the card needed to put them into play. I left that as it is, even though it is not technically an evolution
• I think Machamp Lv.X can technically evolve into Machamp BREAK, but this pr does not reflect that

I added a commit to make sure all Burmys can evolve to Mothim, and to make sure that Buried Fossil can evolve into anything that evolves from Mysterious Fossil
