HAS interface

The HAS interface allows measurements to be carried out with the HAS method allowing spectral measurements to be carried out on homogeneous areas of the scene.

has interfaces

1. This button allows you to launch the corregistration between the raspebrry pi's RGB camera and the video projector

2. This zone allows you to choose the segmentation mode of the RGB image of the scene before measuring spectra representative of each spatial zone. Two segmentation modes are possible:

  • semi-automatic: allowing, from the parameters entered in fields 3., to carry out segmentation from kmeans on the image converted into the LAB domain
  • manual: segmentation will be carried out using a labelme window which will open after pressing the 4 button. start of acquisition

3. This field allows you to configure semi-automatic segmentation. the top field allows you to differentiate the background of the object of interest and the bottom field the number of clusters at the sgementation output

4. this button allows you to start the acquisition

5. This field contains the results of the HAS acquisition. On the right the RGB image of the scene is represented with the superposition of the masks resulting from the segmentation. On the left the spectra corresponding to each mask are plotted.

6. This button allows you to load saved HAS measurements.
