Destroy Quest Item Confirmation Dialogue

• Added a new module that shows the associate quest info when you attempt to destroy an item that starts a quest. This module is enabled by default.
• It only works for items that start quests, not those you obtain after accepting a quest.

• Fixed an issue where the quick slot (mount button) failed to summon the mount on non-English clients.
