User relationship is not defined

Multiple people can participate in an event, but users have no relationship to other users. How are you suppose to invite users to an event who already on the system. Do you send out emails to a bunch of inputed email address every time? Is there no internal system for notifying users?

For the first revision I was trying to keep the system as simple as possible. I was thinking maybe by email address for now (would change the update event to take a user's email instead of id)

I wasn't sure if I wanted to have a "friends" feature as it would then be similar to other social networks. I wanted to think of something different for Party Steeam. But I'm open for a debate on this
