A single page HTML file to discover skills in a small group: https://blog.oxrse.uk/skillboard/

Usage

Open the skillboard in a browser.
Click on a skill you're interested in to see who has that skill, or wants to learn it.

Skills and people are stored in the skills.json file. To add a skill or person, edit the JSON file and submit a pull request.
