This PR adds an example of how AVSs might create a multi-purpose docker image for operators that simplifies the on-boarding process by bundling all setup steps into one docker image
The example builds upon the Price Oracle example, and presents a docker image that can be used to boot up an AVS WebAPI, an attester node and perform the registration command.
