The video recorder used by the tests, as shown in the examples provided by the UI framework being used, contain vulnerabilities prompted by its use of older dependency versions; therefore, it was decided that, as a temporary solution, a copy of the current video recorder's master branch be updated to use the dependency versions that do not have reported vulnerabilities.
This PR includes the rebuilt binary files needed to preserve video recording for UI test debugging.
