Pull Request Description:

Bug Fix: Resolved the issue of SG and CG not displaying for batches 2023 and later.
Enhancements:
1. Introduced a new category, "non-graded" courses, specifically added for batches 2023 and later.
2. Updated the isGraded function to exclude non-graded courses from SG and CG calculations.
3. Added support for 'S' and 'SS' grades for NSO .
