this addresses issue #17
I think this is the desired behavior, but I am not 100% certain.
My assumption. As part of rebranding, all github.com reference in OpenJelly/[repo] should refer when possible to OpenJelly/[repo] not ActuallyTaylor/repo
So I change hypertext links to Open-Jellycore and tree-sitter repos
I also changed the cloning instructions refer to OpenJelly/Open-Jellycuts
