Describe the bug

Current REAME.md references "github.com/ActuallyTaylor". Likely want to update to "github.com/OpenJelly" for branding consistency

Section of concern

Cloning

To clone the repository it is critical that you use the --recursive flag. This will ensure you properly clone all of the submodules.

git clone --recursive https://github.com/ActuallyTaylor/Open-Jellycuts.git

this addresses issue #17

I think this is the desired behavior, but I am not 100% certain.

My assumption. As part of rebranding, all github.com reference in
OpenJelly/[repo] should refer when possible to OpenJelly/[repo] not
ActuallyTaylor/repo

So I change hypertext links to Open-Jellycore and tree-sitter repos
I also changed the cloning instructions refer to
OpenJelly/Open-Jellycuts
