The doc-group4 (ace/tao) is added in this release. Modified the packageconfig options to choose between 2 (default), 3 or 4. Defaulting to 2, as the configure script of OpenDDS is doing. Created a branch to match the latest released Yocto version.
What's rather common for Yocto meta layers.
And it makes it easier to maintain new versions/branches.
