[backend] logout URL missing for Auth0 strategy (#9466)

Proposed changes

• add remote option
• add logout function implementation

Refactor:

• use only one lib for both OpenID and Auth0, since Auth0 is a specific implementation of OpenID.
• update doc with this information, see Update auth0 documentation docs#232

Related issues

• closes Logout remote option missing on Auth0 strategy #9466
