Main changes in the PR:

  1. Updated hash values and references for CDN endpoint of TeamsJS for the 2.25.0 release
  2. Compiled all change files into CHANGELOG.md
  3. Bumped up package version to 2.25.0
  4. ESLint upgrade autofixed spacing in files for release.
