First of all, the following steps will assume you've already setup Hammer++ for (original) NEOTOKYO using this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3023598888
Then to setup the game configuration for NT;RE, in hammerplusplus_gameconfig.txt
setup something like this:
"NTRE SDK 2013"
{
"GameDir" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\sourcetest"
"Hammer"
{
"GameData0" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\bin\base.fgd"
"GameData1" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\NEOTOKYO\bin\neotokyo_pub.fgd"
"TextureFormat" "5"
"MapFormat" "4"
"DefaultTextureScale" "0.250000"
"DefaultLightmapScale" "16"
"GameExe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\hl2.exe"
"DefaultSolidEntity" "func_detail"
"DefaultPointEntity" "info_player_attacker"
"BSP" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\bin\vbsp.exe"
"Vis" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\bin\vvis.exe"
"Light" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\bin\vrad.exe"
"GameExeDir" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer"
"MapDir" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\sourcesdk_content\sourcetest\mapsrc"
"BSPDir" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\neo\maps"
"PrefabDir" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source SDK Base 2013 Multiplayer\bin\Prefabs"
"CordonTexture" "tools\toolsskybox"
"MaterialExcludeCount" "0"
"Previous" "0"
}
}
Finally, instead of the custom "Run Map [Expert]" configuration set for (original) NEOTOKYO, just use the "Default" configuration and uncheck the final stage where it tries to run the game.
For naming the maps, instead of using nt_
for prefix, use ntre_
.
