A couple fixes and update

  1. Bug: Some records are missing an osmid and they can not be empty.

  2. Please also add a "HUC" column to the osm_bridge_centroids.gpkgs. Also ensure it exists in future bridge datasets such as the bridge poly's. It is easier for debugging.
