This deprecates #2069. It adds the following:

  • include variants in which the pseudodata are generated with the corresponding theory
  • include consistently the additional flat normalization systematics for EIC and EIcC

shouldn't be this uncertainty correlated with all the ATHENA dataset?

shouldn't be this uncertainty correlated with all the ATHENA dataset? So something as ATHENAPOL
