Please provide new names for promoter/5'UTR/3'UTR/terminator regions #28

The tool extracts fixed window sizes and not promoter/5'UTR/3'UTR/terminator regions in particular. Accordingly the naming should be changed.

promoter -> gene upstream region
5'UTR -> gene upstream transcript region
3'UTR -> gene downstream region
terminator -> gene downstream region

Please add this to the description as well. Please emphasize that e. g. the gene upstream region likely contains the promoter et c.
