Tested on iOS 13.3.0 & 13.3.1

note: it has been made in a Ubuntu distro.

Procedee

Make a backup of mobileactivationd
Upload bypass file to /usr/libexec/mobileactivationd
Add required privilege to mobileactivationd
Reload mobileactivationd plist to apply bypass
