Improved Raspberry Pi Support

This release added the -r option to run on a Raspberry Pi.
Usage:
s2aio -r true

Increased default sleeper time to 10 seconds. Latest versions of Scratch seem to be slower in starting than previous versions.

Fixes version reporting and updated licensing

This release fixes issue #17 and moves the licensing to GNU Affero.

Allow user to select time for Scratch to start

Added -s command line option:

s2aio -s 60

This will wait 60 seconds for scratch to start up for slower machines.
Default value is 3 seconds.

No other changes to the code.
