Taberu 1.2

Hi! This release of Taberu changes the following:

• 7754ec2 - Active feed toggles are now also in the preferences pane
• fb96a2a - Handling of HTML/removing HTML tags is now an option
• e93b35b - Clicking notifications will now open their URLs directly (if applicable)
• 548fc4c - Wrapping & trimming now also applies to entry titles
• 8223b78 - Automatic refreshing now has a countdown
• 8223b78 - There is now always a menu, even when refreshing (so you can still quit when loading)
• 4ff2065 - Update checking has been added (which checks if the latest GitHub release matches your version on launch)

This update has also refactored the code quite a lot - please don't hesitate to open an issue if anything's broken for you.
