Changes:
Adds display of range to Area Protector when using TOP or WAILA
Adds display of ticks remaining to the extended TOP display of the Chunk Protector
Adds WAILA support: show range of Area Protector, time remaining in seconds of the Chunk Protector, and ticks remaining for the Chunk Protector when holding shift. Functionality is par between WAILA and TOP.

EDIT: WAILA integration works for 1.10.2, as long as you don't use HWYLA 1.8.7
