Why are these changes needed?
Adds two additional endpoints in node Dispersal service:
StoreBlobsandAttestBatch.StoreBlobsmethod will be used to disperse minibatches, andAttestBatchwill be used to aggregate the minibatches and attest to the aggregated full batch.Checks
