Problem Description
In #240 we added annotation type-safety analysis.
This is an experimental feature with the first iteration analysis checker.
It may be so, that it is slow, memory hungry or plain wrong, so there should be a way to opt-out of it, until an issue is resolved
Solution
Added kill switch
