Q. Payment done, premium not activated (GPay)

If such a case, instead of direct messaging me follow these steps!

  • In Moviesy app, go to Settings > Account > Send a purchase report.
  • This will automatically let you send an email to me with all the details needed to activate your premium (If in case this option says no purchase found even if your payment has completed successfully, read here).
  • I will quickly reply to you as I see your email (if a verified purchase).
  • Once you get my reply open the app again your premium should be activated within a few seconds. If not, then click again on the Purchase button > PayPal (select this even if you opt for GPay) > Select your account and your premium will be unlocked.

Q. "Send purchase report" option not working

You must need at least v2.0.1 version of the app for this method to be working. If not update the app from the website.

  • Open the app & go to drawer menu > Premium > Purchase > Select "Restore purchase". Make sure to sign in with the same account you've used to purchase premium. Once done your premium should be unlocked.
