Lots of changes to the Pages documentation to update install steps for Debian based distros.
This adds a section for the installer scripts and expands on several existing sections to align their contents with information that is now generated by MusicBot from its source code.
This also adds an automatic Dark-Mode to the CSS.
I'll leave this PR as a draft for now, as it may need to wait for the draft PR #2436 to be finished and merged.
But that is mostly in regards to the new commands / permissions / options and of course the texts that have been added or changed in that PR.
As always, feel free to dismantle and cherry pick this PR.
