- implemented DatasetListenerAdapter - registered layer - set the changeset comment and source in ChangsetConfig.java
- stores the all tasks in a global ArrayList - loops through all the tasks and adds the new task in JMenuItem
- uses UrlValidator to validate a URL when the user chooses to "Load task from URL"
- removed duplicates from filters and mappaint - set description while hovering over task - configured JSON parsing according to the new task configuration format - added tasks for sidewalks and map-feedback
